NAPFA

Tmr's Napfa test, e 5 stations and Tue will be 2.4km!! Haiya... Worried for my sit&reach.. and perhaps shuttle run.. though i think i had been scoring A for shuttle run, but I only 'practise' shuttle run once a year, tat is run during e actual napfa test itself!! Dunno whether e previous yrs were lucky or wad..hahaz.. I juz got one trick, tat is to start to bend ur body forward & run when u see e teachers is abt to blow e whistle.. Timing muz be veri accurate, or if u step a step forward b4 whistle is being blown, u had to redo.. Understand? Well, if u dun, den tat's too bad.. Lolx.. Den is e sit & reach, always get C grade (ard 42cm lyk tat) Too bad la, not from dance one mah, cant stretch anymore means cant stretch lor.. Think most of e boys are scared of Pull-up, cos if u cant even pull 1 up, means u fail everything.. Luckily i still can pull at least 3 ba, but hope pull more tmr.. For sit-up, dunno why i cant get A anymore, lyk feel very tired after 25 or so... haiz.. aiya, get C veri satisfied liao.. Den is e Standing Broad Jump.. Haiz, scared can't get C, cos e dist. required to get C is longer.. think i jump 215 cm when i tried the one and only time tis year! lol.. Hopefully can jump farther when i last-minute practise tmr..

Tue is 2.4km! Ugh! Dun lyk when i am panting lyk hell, catching for e next breath every now and den... Had been getting C since sec 1.. But too bad, no stamina means no stamina, juz had to endure endure endure... Tried different methods to make myselfto continue to run.. like huming some songs (not effective for me, cos required more energy), tell myself tat u are 1 step nearer to ur goal with every 1 step u take (quite effective), keep ur mind blank (yupp, effective for me cos u dun waste energy thinking abt something else), breathe in 2 times with evry breathes u take in (Yeap! effective, able to run longer and faster than b4. Yea, thanks to Fahmi who taught me tis method. U take in more oxygen!) and force urself to run no matter how u are feeling (hmm..quite effective oso lah, at least help u to take a few more steps forward).. Anyway, God bless me..
