I will never go for late night karaoke cum drink again. I fell sick that very night. Nose-blocked and body getting feverish as the clock ticked, falling asleep was an impossible task. After seeing a doctor and taking medication, I recovered the next day. I totally abhor the feeling of having a fever, as well as toothache. It makes me feel like vomiting but nothing happened. Neither could I make my mind to stand, walk about nor sit still. =X
Although it can be said that the people who are wealthy and are able to enjoy luxurious lifestyle yet having no idea about how some intangible aspects may be more valuable are 'pathetic', those who can totally understand the values of these cannot-be-bought aspects but have no money to give themselves a better life and to realize their big dreams or desires are even more pathetic.
Birds of a feather flock together. Indeed, only some people who are similar to you in certain ways can relate more to one than others. Simply, these people are more compatible and more likely to be friends for a longer time.
Too talented, too wealthy, too kind, too smart etc. I thank fate for letting me know you as a person but I don't deserve a place in your list of friends. Really, it's not your problem; it's mine.
Reality is cruel. Some beg to differ: reality is just such, the key to gaining a different and positive outlook is how you view it and act on it.
Still, nothing will go the way you desire hence reality is cruel.
